What you need to know
What happens after I request a trial?
Confirm your work email. We’ll review your company details and, if approved, email you a link to set up your company account. Submitting the request does not start your trial.
Should we choose per employee or per computer?
Choose per employee when the license should follow one person. It covers up to two of their computers. Choose per computer for a shared workstation used by any number of people. You can reassign either license type.
Why does a computer license cost more than an employee license?
An employee license covers one person on up to two computers. A computer license covers everyone who uses one shared computer, even across different shifts. One computer license can replace several employee licenses.
Why does a business license cost more than a personal license?
A personal license stays with one person. A business license stays with your business. If an employee leaves, you can reassign their license instead of buying another. A per-computer license covers everyone who uses a shared computer.
What if we need more than 200 licenses?
Enter your full license count when you request a trial. We’ll review your rollout and send you a custom quote.
How many employees or computers can we include in the trial?
The trial covers up to 20 employees or computers. You can still preview pricing or request a quote for a larger rollout.
When does the trial start?
Your 30-day trial starts when the first trial device connects Noise Blocker. Approval and account setup do not start the clock.
Will we be charged after the trial?
No. You don’t need a card, and we won’t charge you automatically. If you want to continue after the trial, you can buy licenses then.
How much does it cost to renew updates and support?
Renewal costs 50% of the current price of an equivalent new license. This rate applies when you renew between one month before and one month after your updates and support expire. Renewal adds another 12 months of updates and support.
Do I have to renew?
No. You can keep using the versions included in your license and reassign licenses without renewing. Renew to get newer versions and continued support.
Do purchased licenses expire after a year?
No. Your licenses do not expire. After updates and support end, you can keep using covered versions and reassign licenses. Reassigning a license does not restart its update period or add access to newer versions.
Which computers does it work on?
Noise Blocker Business supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. It works with any microphone and calling app.
